By accessing or using RhinoBus services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the service, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Service Description
RhinoBus provides charter bus transportation services for various purposes including corporate events, school trips, church groups, weddings, and other group travel needs. Our services include:
- Charter bus rental and transportation services
- Professional drivers for all trips
- Vehicle maintenance and safety compliance
- Customer support and trip management
- Online booking and quote request services
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Quote Requests
Quote requests submitted through our website or by phone are not confirmed bookings. All quotes are estimates subject to confirmation and may be adjusted based on final trip details, route changes, or additional services requested.
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from RhinoBus via email or other written communication. Verbal confirmations are not binding until followed up with written documentation.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking our services, including pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers, travel dates, and special requirements. Any changes to booking details must be communicated to RhinoBus as soon as possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, and any additional charges as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and seasonal demand.
4.2 Deposit
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your booking confirmation.
4.3 Final Payment
Full payment must be received according to the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
4.4 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for services including but not limited to: route changes, extended wait times, additional stops, overtime hours, cleaning fees for damage or excessive mess, and any fees incurred during the trip (tolls, parking, etc.).

6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate passenger counts and trip details
- Ensure all passengers comply with safety regulations and driver instructions
- Prohibit illegal activities, including possession or use of illegal substances on the vehicle
- Prohibit smoking or vaping on the vehicle unless explicitly permitted
- Ensure no damage occurs to the vehicle during your rental period
- Be present at designated pickup locations at scheduled times
- Respect the driver and maintain appropriate conduct throughout the trip
7. Safety and Conduct
7.1 Driver Authority
Our drivers have full authority to ensure the safety and security of all passengers. Drivers may refuse service or terminate trips if passenger conduct poses a safety risk or violates these Terms.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment or abuse of drivers or other passengers
- Consumption of alcohol by minors
- Possession or use of illegal drugs or substances
- Vandalism or intentional damage to the vehicle
- Actions that distract or endanger the driver
7.3 Right to Refuse Service
RhinoBus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms, poses a safety risk, or engages in inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be provided for service termination due to customer misconduct.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Insurance Coverage
All RhinoBus vehicles are fully insured in accordance with federal and state regulations. Our insurance covers liability for accidents and incidents that occur during normal operations.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
RhinoBus is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, or government restrictions.
8.3 Personal Property
RhinoBus is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during transportation. Passengers are advised to keep valuables secure and with them at all times.
9. Force Majeure
RhinoBus shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
10. Modifications to Services
RhinoBus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the RhinoBus website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of RhinoBus LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RhinoBus services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
